What is the Mindful Collective?
An accountability club that gifts you the ability to keep nurturing your mind. This private club is similar to a gym membership except we are training our minds instead of our physical bodies. Also, unlike a typical gym membership, you will have a live instructor, guiding your journey day after day; throughout the process. Consistency is everything. Research shows....
Research from Harvard Medical School found that meditation can lead to physical changes in the brain, particularly in areas associated with attention, memory, and emotional regulation. The study showed that practicing meditation for just 8 weeks could increase gray matter in the brain, specifically in regions linked to learning, cognition, and emotional processing.
In corporate settings: companies like Google and Intel have integrated mindfulness programs and reported enhanced employee performance, improved decision-making, and greater emotional intelligence. This membership includes everything in the above golden membership + one private 1-1 coaching call per month. This call is to help guide you further into your inner journey. We will walk you through your inner resistance through guided reflection practices as well as take you into releasing the tension you hold through private guided deep mediation processes that were build to detox your body so you can create and attract abundance in all aspects of your life.
Platinum Citizenship: Breathworks + 1-1 coaching call per month
