Breathworks was built with the intention to help the student create mental conditioning through breath. With only 5 - 20 easy minutes a day, you’ll experience a unique combination of micro-learning, deep wisdom, and mental training to dramatically transform your mindset.
While we build discipline, we will learn to train our minds through 4 powerful meditations, designed to take us into theta states.
Program Outline:
Week #1: Breath to Focus Meditation (6-8 min)
Insight: What is mediation and the science behind meditation.
Week #2: Serene Mind Meditation (8-10 min)
Insight: Learn to dissolve anxiety, anger, and stress through the power of observation.
Week #3: Soul Sync Meditation (12 to 16 min)
Insight: How can we visualize our deepest desires?
Week #4: Unlocking Flow Meditation (18 to 20 min)
Insight: Open up your senses and step into flow states.
